vid.sh is a free video sharing and editing platform. It allows users to upload, edit, compress, trim, crop, and share video files. The Service is provided "as is" and may change or be discontinued at any time without notice.

You retain all ownership rights to the videos and content you upload to the Service ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant vid.sh a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

You are solely responsible for the content you upload. You represent and warrant that:

  • You own or have the necessary rights to all User Content you upload.
  • Your User Content does not violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Your User Content does not infringe on the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party.

4. Disclaimer of Responsibility for User Content

vid.sh does not monitor, endorse, or assume any responsibility for User Content posted to the Service. The operator of vid.sh is not responsible or liable for any videos, files, or other content uploaded by users.

While we may remove content that violates these terms, we are under no obligation to do so and the presence of any content on the Service does not constitute our endorsement.

If you believe any content on the Service infringes your rights, please contact us and we will review the matter.

5. Prohibited Content and Conduct

You agree not to upload, post, or transmit any content that:

  • Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Contains sexually explicit material, child exploitation content, or content that exploits minors in any way.
  • Violates any applicable local, national, or international law.
  • Contains malware, viruses, or any other harmful code.

We reserve the right to remove any content and terminate accounts that violate these terms, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your User Content may be deleted and may not be recoverable.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vid.sh and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Service. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
